Who was Sen. Dodd Negotiating with Over AIG Bonuses?

He keeps saying he wasn't "negotiating with himself". So who was it that wanted to have the bonus loophole in the stimulus bill scam? The answer is the Obama administration. Obama's treasury department. He won't give us names. Barnry Frank demands to know the names of the AIG execs; can we know the names of the administration officials who wanted to keep this bonus loophole in the bailout scam bill? How come the most "intelligent" liberal democRATs didn't see this coming with this 'kind of a language"?
