Why do we need a Latina Justice’s Voice in The SCOTUS?

This is where she said:

"I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life."

Our Kenyan-Indonesian-Muslim President said this about people who find above sentence abhorring and claim it is blatant racism that disqualifies her from being considered as a Supreme Court Justice:

"some in Washington who are attempting to draw old battle lines and playing the usual political games, pulling a few comments out of context to paint a distorted picture of Judge Sotomayor's record."

Obama presses anew for Sotomayor confirmation

Well, let's ignore the "draw old battle lines and playing the usual political games" line for the time being. You see only the democRATS are entitled to politics of personal destruction to stop highly qualified people who are nominated by Republican presidents. Let's follow Obama's advice of not "pulling a few comments out of context" and read the whole address.

What do we find? Judge Sotomayor is someone who is obsessed with identity politics. This is a person who was born in the United States of America to immigrant parents. This is a person who does not appreciate what the United States of America provided for her and her family. Just like Barack Hussein Obama who change his Americanized name Barry to Barack to accentuate his "blackness" and "African heritage", Sonia Sotomayor decided not to be an American but "Puerto Rican", "latina", or more tortured "Newyorkrican".

Read the whole thing folks. Pay attention to the context as Obama instructs us to do. It is all about race, ethnicity, identity politics. This is a woman obsessed about identity politics. Worse yet she is hostile towards groups of people based on their identity. Who cares about a "latina voice" on the bench folks? We need wise judges who apply the law not bend it out of shape to fit their agenda. It does not matter who they are, what their gender is, where their parents originally came from, what kind of food preferences they have. We need people who respect and uphold the Constitution of The United States.

This woman chose to give this address to future hispanic lawyers and judges in one of our universities. She decided to talk about having a "latina voice", "hispanic voice", "minority voice", "female voice" on the courts. What the hell does that mean? So if you are a party in a litigation and the other party is a latina, you really do not want Judge Sotomayor presiding. Just based on this speech she gave, based on the totality of the speech not by "pulling a few comments out of context" she should be asked to recuse herself when the case involves minorities. Heck, she wouldn't even be allowed to be a juror in any case that involves minorities and she is nominated to the SCOTUS?

Empathetic Justice Sotomayor’s Oath of Office

Here is the Oath of Office that is revised for our new Empathetic Justice Sotomayor:

"I, Sonia Sotomayor, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice with emphaty, with understanding and identifying people’s hopes and struggles and with consideration of what it’s like to be poor or African-American or Hispanic or gay or disabled or old and do what I feel right with respect to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [TITLE] under the living Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me... Well, as a wise Latina woman with the richness of my experiences, I don't need no help.. Just in case... So help me Obama.''

There is no surprise here folks. Obama told us what kind of justice he was seeking:

Obama Defines Modern Liberalism

Don't you find it amazing that the minorities like Sotomayor and Obama(s) who were able to take advantage of the education, wealth and all kinds of opportunities this great nation offers, do still resent and hate this nation? Where do you think Barack Hussein Obama would be Today if he stayed in Kenya or in Indonesia? What kind of a life Sonia Sotomayor would have had if her family stayed in her beloved Puerto Rico? What if their families had moved to a European country? Can you imagine Barack Obama running for president in Germany or Sonia Sotomayor becoming a judge in France? Can these people at least show a little appreciation for the United States of America before trashing and trying to re-make it?

Obama Defines Modern Liberalism

Barack Hussein Obama was so excited to get a chance to select a Supreme Court Justice, he crashed the White House press briefing to announce the news.

While telling the lapdog press force what kind of justice he'd be looking for; he defined modern liberalism:

Now, the process of selecting someone to replace Justice Souter is among my most serious responsibilities as President. So I will seek somebody with a sharp and independent mind and a record of excellence and integrity. I will seek someone who understands that justice isn't about some abstract legal theory or footnote in a case book. It is also about how our laws affect the daily realities of people's lives -- whether they can make a living and care for their families; whether they feel safe in their homes and welcome in their own nation.

I view that quality of empathy, of understanding and identifying with people's hopes and struggles as an essential ingredient for arriving as just decisions and outcomes. I will seek somebody who is dedicated to the rule of law, who honors our constitutional traditions, who respects the integrity of the judicial process and the appropriate limits of the judicial role. I will seek somebody who shares my respect for constitutional values on which this nation was founded, and who brings a thoughtful understanding of how to apply them in our time.

Emphasis is mine by the way. All the other parts about honoring constitution is just lip service. If you say the things I highlight, you cannot be honoring the constitution. This is how truly modern liberals think. Constitution and laws do not matter.

If a criminal robbed a bank and we have laws in our books instructing us what the punishment should be; liberals want to first look at the "daily realities of this robber's life" to try to understand his hopes and struggles. If they conclude that this poor robber is a victim of heartless capitalist society laws do not matter. They will let him go.

When fanatic islamists who hate America spend years plotting a major attack on Americans with goal of killing as many Americans as they can and they succeed; modern liberals' knee-jerk reaction is to blame America and Americans. They show empathy towards blood-thirsty murderers.

Here is the important part to keep in mind though: Most people regard modern liberals' approach either as idiotic, stupid, ignorant or misinformed and cowardly. This is where the conservatives are making a mistake.

Folks , this is all part of a scheme concocted by modern liberals to destroy western civilization. They are with the enemies of western civilization. They take the side of perverts, criminals, murderers, mass murderers and terrorists. They claim to show empathy and understanding to these people and blame capitalism and western civilization for these people's acts. The reason modern liberals do this is not because they are idealists, idiots, ignorants or misinformed cowards. They do this because it helps them in their own goal of destroying capitalism and western civilization.

Consider the following points:

1) Have you ever seen or heard modern liberals trying to show empathy and understanding to corporate executives who are charged with white collar crimes? I remember liberals in congress demanding jail sentences way more than murderers get for Enron executives. Why do you think that is?

2) Have you ever seen or heard modern liberals trying to show empathy and understanding to pro-lifers who exercise their first amendment rights? Have you noticed how they try to criminalize them? How about the recent tea parties? Was there any effort on the part of liberals to try to understand it? No they wanted to demonize the participants who were ordinary, hard working Americans. Why?

3) Check out the communist countries folks. It seems like they have no crime, homeless problem doesn't it? Even if there is a problem it never is the fault of communist system, isn't it? You see folks when modern liberals turn this country into a communist one then they will be for swift punishment of petty criminals, murderers and terrorists. They will completely stop the empathy BS.

Modern liberalism is all about destroying capitalism and the Western Civilization. That's why Barack Hussein Obama was so giddy. He could not believe that he got the chance to send a marxist like himself to the highest court of the land. Unbelievable!
